December Real Estate Market Saskatoon

Sales slowed somewhat for the month of December but we're still in a seller's market with the continued decline in new listings that we've seen all year.

Sales: 267 New Listings: 294 Inventory: 883 Months of Supply: 3.31

December saw sales decrease by 2.2% from this time last year, new listings decrease by 15.3% from this time last year, and inventory down by 13.7% from this time last year to a 3.31 months of supply.
