Inventory was up from last month but not enough to supply the demand, resulting in a continued tight market here in Saskatoon.

March saw sales decrease by 13.4% from this time last year, new listings decrease by 20.7% from this time last year, and inventory down by 19.1% from this time last year to a 2.15 months of supply.
