Sales: 461 New Listings: 665 Inventory: 1053 Months of Supply: 2.28
April saw sales decrease by 16% from this time last year, new listings decrease by 30.5% from this time last year, and inventory down by 27.4% from this time last year to a 2.28 months of supply.
