Professional Market Evaluation
If you've decided to Sell your Home, you'll likely want to have a Professional Market Evaluation done. This establishes a value range for your Home based on the Current Market Conditions.

Professional Home Evaluation - CMA (Current Market Analysis)
I use Data from the MLS® to find Comparable Listings for your CMA. I look for Active Listings [your competition], Expired Listings [what was likely priced too high], and Sold's within the previous 3 months [what the Buyer is willing to pay] that are similar to yours.
Some Key factors I consider when researching for your CMA are homes that are similar to yours in Location, Size, Age, Condition, and Upgrades. Once I am finished going over the data and making adjustments, I will complete your CMA by visiting your Home to view it in person.
