Sales eased for a second month in a row over last year's record, but with supply challenges, the market remains tight.

February saw sales decrease by 9.7% from this time last year, new listings decrease by 5.5% from this time last year, and inventory down by 10.6% from this time last year to a 3.10 months of supply.
