Sales ease and supply levels remain relatively low for Saskatoon, creating a more balanced market than what we experienced in the spring.

September saw sales drop by 7.5% from this time last year, new listings drop by 19.5% from this time last year, and Inventory down by 2% from this time last year to 3.55 months of supply.
